Withdrawals

To make a withdrawal, log in to your AncFx Client Area and complete a withdrawal request form. Please note that all withdrawals must be made via the same method you used to deposit. At AncFx, we process all withdrawal requests within 1 business day from the day you submit them but the funds may take longer to reach your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

Common questions about withdrawals

To make a withdrawal request, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your AncFX Client Area and click the “Withdraw funds” tab. Alternatively, click any of the “Withdraw” buttons above.
  2. Fill in the “Create a withdrawal request” form by entering the following details:

Withdrawal method: The payment method that you will use for this transaction. Please bear in mind that you always have to select the same method that you used to deposit.

Amount: The amount of funds that you want to withdraw.

Currency: The currency that will be used for this transaction.

Source: The trading account which you are withdrawing funds from.

Your comment: Please complete this field if you have special instructions or any other comment that you’d like us to be aware of.

  1. If your Debit/Credit card has expired, you can add a new one by logging in to our AncFX Client Area.
  2. Click the “Personal data” tab at the left side menu, then select “Upload Documents.”
  3. In the “Upload documents” field, open the dropdown list, and select the “Credit card/Debit card” option.
  4. Enter the first 6 and last 4 digits of your card, your expiry date and card type.
  5. Click “Choose File” to upload a colour copy of your credit card (both sides).
  6. Click “Proceed” to submit your new card.

The processing time for withdrawals depends on the method you chose to fund your account.

  1. Log in to your AncFX Client Area and click one of the “Withdraw” tabs.
  2. Go to your “Transfer history” section. Under “Status,” you will see your withdrawal request pending. Click “x” to cancel it.
  3. A pop-up window with the question “Are you sure you want to cancel your request?” will appear, asking you to confirm your request. Click “OK” to confirm.
  4. If your cancellation request was successful, your request’s status will change to “Cancelled”.

If your debit/credit card has been lost/stolen/ cancelled or damaged, please contact us at backoffice@ancfx.com. We will ask you to provide us with the details of your new card.

We only process withdrawals to the payment method used to make the initial deposit.

Using a Credit/Debit Card:

If you deposit using a credit or debit card, we will send the same amount of withdrawals—equivalent to your total deposits—to your card, and you may take out profits via Bank Wire.

For instance, if you deposited $1000 using a credit or debit card, made $1000 in profit, and asked for a withdrawal of $2000, you would receive $1000 back to your card and the remaining $1000 via bank wire.

Using Crypto:

If the initial deposits and profits are made using a crypto wallet, you can withdraw them using only a crypto wallet.

For instance, if you deposited a total of $100 using a crypto wallet and asked for a withdrawal of $300, you would receive the entire sum back into your crypto wallet.

Using Other Payment Methods:

When using a credit/debit card AND another payment method to deposit, such as Skrill or Neteller, money withdrawn will be processed back to your card, and the remaining balance will be sent to the other payment method used.

For instance, if you deposited $100 via Skrill and $50 via Credit/Debit Card and then requested a withdrawal of $90, you would receive $50 back to your card and $40 to your Skrill/Neteller account.

Depositing using a different method (such as Skrill, Neteller, bank wire, etc.) means the profit will be sent using that same method.

If you want to submit a withdrawal request while you have open positions, please make sure that you have sufficient free margin to cover the withdrawal amount and the fees that might be incurred.

We process all withdrawal request within 1 business day. However, it may take up to 3-7 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank account provider.

AncFx charges no fees for the 1st and 2nd withdrawal. From the 3rd withdrawal onwards, regular withdrawal fees will apply. This is valid for one calendar month and once a new month starts, you can still have the first two withdrawals free of charge. For more, details please take a look at the table above.
